At least three people were killed and several others injured late Friday night in Solingen, Germany, when a man indiscriminately stabbed passers-by with a knife during the town's festivities.
The attack took place in the late evening during a celebration organized on the occasion of the 650th anniversary of the North Rhine-Westphalian city.
