The punishment of the EU, if we bow down to the arbitrariness of Brussels, give up our sovereignty and everything with it, is ready for me. Written by Zoltán Lomnici Jr.
Quote from the official position of the European Commission:
the new EU migration and asylum rules predict that, through an EU distribution mechanism, the illegal migrants themselves or the people smugglers who bring them to Europe will essentially decide who will live in Europe
"By facilitating the cooperation and joint action of the police and customs authorities of the Member States, the EU helps the EU countries to fight more effectively against serious crimes and terrorism with an EU dimension", and "the EU provides assistance to the Member States in saving lives at sea and protecting the external borders of Europe ".
Based on these, it can be stated that Brussels is not even fulfilling its self-declared obligations, and has paid a fraction of the eight hundred billion HUF border protection costs provided by our country so far. The EU is wrongly burdening Hungary with the costs of border protection, while the principle of solidarity and fair distribution of responsibility between member states within the Union is being violated. The amount of Hungarian border protection expenses is, for example, double the annual amount spent on family tax and contribution benefits, and it also covers almost two months of pension expenses.
According to the reasoning of the European Court of Justice, the Hungarian government did not comply with EU asylum rules and violated EU law with the established transit zones. In fact, the court also represents the position of Brussels, and, as usual from the leading bureaucrats of the EU institutions, overstepping its authority, it is trying - using the tools of the law - to force Hungary to admit the migrants.
They are doing this because our country is not willing to bow to the decisions of Brussels, which would unleash illegal immigrants and create migrant ghettos in the country.
Brussels therefore simultaneously blackmails and manipulates, deploying a method that is deliberately used by the judicial-technocrat machinery in order to be able to control or even more directly influence the thinking of national politicians through a relationship of power or some kind of influence - EU proposals, pressures - and ultimately the decisions and actions of national governments.
Since the EU power elite is unable to accept the Hungarian government's and the Hungarian people's strong and clearly negative stance towards migration, Brussels would make the Hungarian people pay two hundred million euros and one million euros for each day of the delay.
By financing the construction and maintenance of the southern border fence and the training of border guards, Hungary protects not only itself, but also all the citizens of the continent against the flood of illegal immigrants by protecting the Schengen borders of the European Union. Moreover, we can talk about not only physical, but also social, economic, social and cultural protection.
Moreover, as time progressed, more and more member states sided with the Hungarian immigration policy, the German government, for example, announced that it would close its borders due to the pressure of illegal migration.
In February, Ursula von der Leyen also emphasized the importance of strengthening the border protection capability at the plenary session of the European Parliament. Last June, however, at the meeting of the interior ministers of the European Union, a draft was adopted that would obligatorily introduce a migrant quota at the EU level. According to the document, a country that does not fulfill the indicators set for the immigrants to be admitted must pay substantial sums of money into the EU coffers. In the case of Hungary, this would cost Hungarian taxpayers HUF 250 billion annually.
Of course, the fact that while Brussels does not contribute to Hungarian border protection, it is taking additional resources from our country is already a cause for concern. That is why the Hungarian government is demanding from the European Commission the reimbursement of the brutal border protection costs of two billion euros, which were spent on the protection of the Schengen external border. And if that doesn't go well, he will file a lawsuit against Brussels.
And the fact that, following the Hungarian government's proposal, migrants are not asked for in Brussels, as their travel there would be "harmful to the people of Brussels," clearly shows that the Western European political elite acknowledges the problems associated with immigration, but blames them on other countries, just as it does on our country too.
This attitude is extremely contradictory, because if Brussels believes that the presence of migrants would cause damage to local communities, why do they expect other member states to bear this burden? This double standard suggests that EU leaders only support the reception of refugees as long as it does not directly affect their own communities.
So the leadership of the union forces migration for political and ideological reasons, without taking into account its real consequences in the affected countries.
However, the new EU migration and asylum rules predict that, through an EU distribution mechanism, the illegal migrants themselves or the people smugglers who bring them to Europe will essentially decide who will live in Europe. The primary source of long-term problems is the uncontrollability of third-country persons already upon entry into the EU and the actions related to and benefiting from it: human smuggling, human trafficking, organized crime, the production of false travel and identity documents, the black economy growth, corruption and the rest. Short-term effects can occur in financial and security terms as well.
According to a recent German report, the state plans to spend 27 billion euros on migration, and based on a French report from March, immigration costs 20-33 billion euros annually to France, which is also considered a country of immigration.
The economic and agricultural damage caused by migrants, which is also known from the French press, can already be mentioned among the security risks, as can the continuous sexual abuse in Germany and Austria, for example. Since the European Council's latest draft migration regulation mentions the term absconding in several places in connection with relocated third-country nationals, we must also mention the risk of escaping from reception centers. In this context, it is possible to mention the statistically verifiable increase in crimes against property in the environment of open camps, based on numerous Greek examples.
While the wrong answers from Brussels generated the most serious and complex economic, political and social crisis of the past decades in many Western European member states, trust in European institutions also decreased drastically, based on the figures of the Europe Project, a research conducted among European citizens and noted by Századvég. .
Not to mention, Brussels and a good part of its political elite have now been captured by the world of experts and activists of international NGOs, financed in no small part by the Soros, which can be seen in the value orientation and some decisions of the EU's leading institutions.
At the same time, it is important that today in the Union, the member states - thus the citizens of the member states - have the right to take a stand in favor of common sense and normality, either on the issue of migration or border protection, but also on the issue of gender or even war.
