Dozens of migrant camps are being built by the Donald Tusks, where "civil organizations" friendly to the European Commission will also be present.
The Polish government is establishing 49 integration centers (CIC) across the country, which aim to help newly arrived migrants integrate into Polish society, the European Commission announced
Designed as a "one-stop shop", the centers will provide standardized services, including language courses, legal assistance and psychological care, and will work with non-governmental organizations to serve the large number of immigrants from outside the European Union.
Within the framework of the initiative managed by the Polish Ministry of Family Affairs, Labor and Social Policy, the camps are set up in local communities in cooperation with institutions dealing with migrants.
The project is financed by the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund (AMIF) of the European Union. In addition to EU funding through AMIF, Poland is supported by the European Social Fund
it must provide a financial contribution from both the government budget and local budgets.
According to the Commission's expectations, each camp must have an office responsible for the "legalization" of the migrants' place of residence and at least one office of an NGO specialized in serving migrant groups.
Remix News, the left-wing Polish government's participation in the European Commission's initiative highlights the close relationship between the Commission and Donald Tusk , who was previously president of the European Council.
