Former Eintracht Frankfurt chairman Peter Fischer called for AfD voters to be beaten and "vomit" in their faces. The Cologne prosecutor's office does not see this as an invitation to commit a serious crime, according to German newspaper reports.
A complaint was filed against the former president of Eintracht Frankfurt, Peter Fischer, for inciting, hateful comments. Indeed, in an interview given to the globalist RTL, Fischer talked about how every fourth to fifth person in Germany is a "Nazi", and then called on the citizens of Germany to beat up his AfD voters (not members! - not as if that's better), then "vomit in their faces". The latter demand is not entirely clear, probably the old anti-fascist may have some specific fetish.
Kick their doors and gates, slap them, vomit in their faces. I'll cut you off. Be loud and finally show yourself
he demanded.
As a result of his statement, around 65 complaints were received, to which the anti-German prosecutor's office in Cologne responded with record speed that there was no basis for the complaints, as "no crime occurred". According to them, although the statements are "obviously exaggerated", they "must be understood figuratively", so there is no suspicion of incitement or hatred. The police agreed with the prosecution.
Double standard in Germany
This case is particularly outrageous for two reasons. On the one hand, because, for example, when someone shared a post on X that called Federal Minister of Economy Habeck an idiot, proceedings were initiated against him. Moreover, the police broke down the father of the family's door, searched his house, and he was brought before him on the charge of "inciting hatred".
On the other hand, the decision of the openly anti-German, far-liberal prosecutor's office is also a shame, because AfD voters and politicians are literally in danger of their lives in occupied Germany. While they want to dissolve and ban the party using illegal methods, since they are "dangerous to democracy", in practice we see that it is the AfDs who are in danger. Most recently, for example, a candidate for local government representative was stabbed when he caught poster vandals in the act. In other words, it can be stated that the members of the AfD are already under attack regardless of the inciting call, and this can add fuel to the fire. At least according to normal people, not lawyers.
