"We are the opposition of pro-migration Brussels. It's been this way up until now, and it will continue to be this way, even if they appoint a governor and send us a puppet government, we will not let it go," Viktor Orbán said in his Facebook video on Tuesday.

The prime minister reported on the Fidesz presidency meeting on Tuesday, at which, as he said, they could hear a "battlefield report" from the ruling party's European Parliament members fighting in Brussels.

He emphasized: Brussels launched a campaign of lies against Hungary about migration, claiming that they do not oblige Hungary to accept illegal migrants. He called this a blatant lie and added:

Hungary says no to the migration pact because it makes the admission of migrants mandatory and the creation of migrant ghettos, thereby destroying the entire Hungarian border protection system.

He indicated: we have spent two billion euros on border protection so far, so we deserve an award, not a punishment.

He highlighted

migration is the issue where it is enough to make a mistake once: where weak governments and weak leaders let migrants in, they can never get them out again.

"We do not allow this, we are the opposition of the pro-migration Brussels. It's been like this up until now, and it will be like this in the future, even if they appoint a governor and send us a puppet government, we won't let it go," declared Viktor Orbán, while pictures of Péter Magyar, the leader of the Tisza Party, were shown in the video.
