Tamás Soproni, the VI. district's immediate mayor György Bálint MSZP municipal representative whom he accuses of "using a fictitious contract to take more than HUF 14 million out of the pockets of the people of Terézváros" together with another socialist politician. The threads go back to the real estate panama under the MSZP-SZDSZ district leadership before 2010, reports hirado.hu.

"No party can associate with members who, according to the court, probably wanted to take more than HUF 14 million out of the pockets of the people of Terezváros with a fictitious contract. That is why I think that until he clears himself up, György Bálint should resign from his municipal duties. If György Bálint does not take this step, once the emergency situation is over, when the board can meet for the first time, I will immediately ask for a decision of my fellow representatives on recalling him from his positions," wrote Tamás Soproni, Momentumos mayor of Terézváros, on Facebook.

The city manager recalls that he was shocked when he learned from the court in August that a current MSZP representative, György Bálint, wanted to join an enforcement procedure related to real estate Panama, citing an old loan deal between him and Csaba Hatvani, the current president of the MSZP in Terezváros .

"We received the final decision of the Metropolitan Court in January, in which it stated: György Bálint, the current representative of the MSZP in Terezváros, wanted to be involved illegally in the execution against Csaba Hatvani, probably by referring to a fictitious loan agreement concluded with Csaba Hatvani. The probably illegal involvement of György Bálint could have caused more than HUF 14 million in damage to the municipality," Tamás Soproni continued his post.

According to him, the fact that György Bálint of the MSZP, according to the court's presumption, tried to save the property of the district president of the MSZP with a fictitious contract at the expense of the people of the district, "is not a simple trick, it is a much more serious matter than that, and it is not a thoughtless act, but a conscious and intentional crime .”

At the end of his post, the mayor called on his fellow opposition politician to resign.

The history of the case was mentioned by Telex just a few days ago: the socialist representative tried to make it impossible for the Terézváros municipality to obtain the 123 million in compensation due to it through the court decision in the 2004 Andrássy út real estate case. Soproni also posted this article to his post.
