302, mostly elderly, chronically ill people died, and another 6,700 Hungarian citizens were diagnosed with the coronavirus - koronavirus.gov.hu announced on Wednesday, highlighting that 2,011,029 people have been vaccinated in Hungary so far, 753,187 of whom have already received the second dose also received.
It was written on the government portal: the number of infected people identified in Hungary has increased to 652,433. The number of those who died rose to 20,737, and the number of those who recovered was 406,935.
The number of active infected people increased to 224,761. 12,346 coronavirus patients are being cared for in hospitals, of which 1,492 are on ventilators.
There are 55,287 people under official home quarantine, the number of samples has increased to 4,609,152.
