As is known, five county bishops previously decided to suspend public Masses. Of these, in the Esztergom-Budapest and Eger Archdiocese, as well as in the Váci Diocese, Masses will again be held with the participation of the faithful from Saturday.
Masses in the Debrecen-Nyíregyházi and Szeged-Csanád dioceses became public a few days ago.
At the same time, the county bishops continue to exempt the faithful from the obligation to attend Sunday mass.
All bishops ask the clergy and the faithful to continue to observe the safety regulations: wearing a mask, offering communion in the hands, using hand sanitizer and keeping a distance are mandatory.
