DK will present its prime minister candidate on Mother's Day, but based on the description of the event, there is a good chance that it will be Klára Dobrev.

On May 2 at 3 p.m., the Democratic Coalition will present its prime minister candidate, according to the Facebook event shared by the party.

The party's candidate for prime minister is described as follows:

On Mother's Day, we present the person who in the past period traveled 4,320 kilometers, visited 39 settlements, talked to 71 people and listened to hundreds of problems in order to introduce us to the Hungary of the Few. He is always where the people are. Ask and listen.

Ferenc Gyurcsány, the president of the Democratic Coalition, said in an earlier interview that if they have a prime minister candidate, it will be his wife, Klára Dobrev. The candidacy of Dobrev, who currently works as a member of the European Parliament and as the President of the EP, was previously praised by other South Korean politicians and public figures.

Currently, among the parties of the opposition alliance, Péter Jakab (Jobbik) and András Fekete-Győr (Momentum) have officially announced that they will run in the opposition primaries. Apart from them, Péter Márki-Zay (Everybody's Hungary) and József Pálinkás (New World People's Party) are the ones who also applied for the position.
