Based on the new rules, the start of the curfew will be changed from 11 pm to midnight. You can shop in the shops until 11 pm.
An immunity certificate can be issued in three cases: 1) if someone has received the vaccination, 2) has been proven to have been infected, or 3) if someone is believed to have been infected and this is confirmed by a subsequent antibody test.
If someone has received the vaccination, he does not need to apply for the protection card separately, the authorities will send it. The card is valid upon presentation of an identity card or passport.
