Let me welcome you this morning with this slightly unusual title - currently fashionable. Because Trianon is a personal matter.
The violence and shame of Trianon affected us all! Also those - although they don't like to know about it - whose intellectual predecessors are the main ones responsible for this method, and who are still pushing the destructive ideas of internationalism-globalism even now. The cosmopolitan view, which shows that there is no need for nations, that I am a citizen of the world in any part of the world, that there is no need for a country, a cultural-historical identity: this is only an obstacle to modernity and development.
There's no need to be sad about Trianon either - they say, who the hell cares about this hundred-year-old, boring story in an age that apparently wants to erase all kinds of ties and sees the main direction in the colorization of peoples. Let national borders, beliefs, and patriotisms fall, let us be a well-controlled mass of people who believe in consumerism and have lost their roots, which can be kept under control. We should have no history, no gender, no culture connected to our homeland, and then we will have a digital, multi-cultural identity, color and religion! Let there be a communist will: a totalitarian society ruling the entire world, governed by the top elites with the help of the giant tech companies. Let your Orwel come!
metoo Trianon is a personal matter, because Trianon hurts me! Because I'm Hungarian. Maybe it doesn't hurt the Romanians, the Slovaks, the Austrians, the Croatians, or the Serbians, they rather celebrate. After all, their country grew enormously, something that had never existed before was created.
Of course, many of them also understand that their ancestors must in Hungarian soil . Their king and their leaders, their culture and ideology are the great gift of Hungarian history, that of the people who, at the behest of Saint Stephen, protected the foreigners for a thousand years. Either those who already lived here, or those who arrived later in the Carpathian Basin, and they are the majority.
Trianon was not peaceful! Hungary did not want to participate in World War I! Prime Minister István Tisza also voted against it in the Crown Council, as he saw how well the left, the Masonic lodges, and the forces of the globalist idea that existed even then had already prepared the attack on the nationalities, he saw that all of this could cause the loss of historic Hungary. He was then murdered, the only one whose authority, immense political experience, knowledge and, above all, his patriotism could have held the country together. What's more: if we had acted with more force after 400 years, independence could also have fallen into our laps. Of course I know the conditional mode is ahistorical.
Mihály Károlyi, the red count, who with his politics unleashed the reign of terror of communism on us after the social democracy, demobilized the army in the name of pacifism, then he was surprised to find out with his soft-boiled eggs for breakfast that he was being held captive by the Béla Kuns! Yet he betrayed his country by submitting to the Western powers!
That was also the goal. Trample the obvious geographic-spiritual-power unity that could be capable of a strong integrative role in this region. (As the V4s are still taking shape today and the liberal left promoting the federation doesn't like it either!)
Trianon was not peaceful. The nationalities and their homelands attacked us in a disgraceful manner (whichever had one), accompanied by violence, death, and confiscation of property. They knew that we were defenseless, they acted in the most illegal way along the lines of Wilson's principles, and with that they tore Hungary apart exactly 101 years ago today!
Hungarian history in the 20th century. all the traumas and disgraces of the 20th century came from this decision made by the great powers and still comes today!
The communists, the liberal left never shed a single tear over this. Moreover, wherever possible, the heads of the Hungarians living beyond the borders were pushed even deeper into the Trianon filth! The Gyurcsánys and the liberals voiced against them during the 2004 referendum and still today, saying: - Just keep calm, you didn't pay taxes here, you are citizens of another country, don't expect anything from us!
As if they could do it! As if clinging to the motherland with all their strength, knowledge, faith and hope As if they were not trying to keep their Hungarianness in their ancestral land with all their votes and resolutions, where their numbers have indeed halved in 101 years! Then the big European federation will solve the issue, - hear the cynical arguments from the Gyurcsány couple and their servants.
This also shows that the XX. ideas created at the beginning of the 20th century are still experiencing a renaissance today! Its representatives rather see the possibility of solidarity in metoo Soros, metoo LGBTQ, and metoo migrants.
Metoo Trianon! Everyone has to decide their own attitude on this issue! That he becomes a warrior, or bows his head in submission and says, it can't be helped! Yet you could see that evil empires (Soviet Union) and confederate countries (Yugoslavia, Czechoslovakia) collapsed in the blink of an eye in the last thirty years.
You have to go to the wall or we'll never know where it is! The sacredness, culture, and radiance of historical Hungary must be promoted, its strength must be increased, and alliances must be made in this region that support the unifying Carpathian Basin!
