12 elderly, chronic patients have died, and 81 more Hungarian citizens have been diagnosed with the coronavirus - koronavirus.gov.hu announced on Monday, highlighting that 5,261,781 people have been vaccinated in Hungary so far, of which 3,994,595 have already received the second dose of the vaccine they also received it.
It was written on the government portal: the number of infected people identified in Hungary has increased to 806,089. The number of those who died rose to 29,866, and those who recovered rose to 717,254.
The number of active infected people is 58,969. 599 coronavirus patients are being treated in hospitals, 67 of them are on ventilators.
There are 7,066 people in official home quarantine, the number of samples has increased to 5,916,866.
