This year, around 3,600 needy children can spend their holidays free of charge in the children's camps of the Catholic Caritász, the national deputy director of the church charity explained in the current program of the M1 channel on Saturday.
Richárd Zagyva stated that the majority of the participants of the one-week residential and day-care camps come from families that the organization also supported during the year.
Camps are organized at twenty points in the country, among others in Bükk, Zemplén and on the shores of Lake Balaton. There are places where they have their own camp, for example near Szombathely or Miskolc, and elsewhere parishes and other community accommodations welcome the children.
In addition to going to the beach and craft activities, I also want to help the development of the participants with educational programs.
