Who would have thought? Well, the one who has eyes to see and ears to hear: in more and more districts, the laundry coalition is jumping at each other's throats. In Terézváros, the MSZP attacks the momentary Soproni, the XVIII. in the district, his own party colleagues also fell for Szaniszlo from DK.

, the leader of the Socialists, György Bálint , passionately criticized the procedure of the mayor Tamás Soproni, because according to him, public procurement in the district is tailored to companies.

Viktor Lindmayer , Fidesz faction leader, assessed the left-wing infighting

The left-wing coalition is cracking in the 18th century. also in the district, after the mayor of DK, Sándor Szaniszló , made unacceptable decisions for the people of the district during the extraordinary legal order.

The XVIII. In the district, the most important agenda item would have been to confirm the mayor's decisions made during the state of emergency, but mayor Sándor Szaniszló withdrew his proposal without giving reasons. It is probably because - writes Magyar Hírlap - that he realized that not only was the indignation of the population huge after he made decisions beneficial to real estate investors in two areas, but also that some of the representatives who had supported him so far also considered his decision unacceptable, so before the board meeting, he spoke with citizens jointly organized a public forum.

In addition to Sándor Szaniszló's former councilor, Károly Nagy Tibor Makai from Jobbik Zoltán Banga from LMP also participated in the forum. Following their action, Zoltán Lévai István , the former deputy mayor of Fidesz, was able to announce at the forum that "the mayor has already decided, but his decision made during the extraordinary legal order is unlikely to be confirmed, so there may be a chance to reconsider the adopted development concept".

The mayor was confident until the last moment that he would be able to convince the representatives participating in the left-wing coalition, but he was faced with the impossibility of this before the meeting, so he withdrew his proposal. "At the meeting, it would have been possible to renegotiate the matter, but the mayor withdrew the agenda concerning the mentioned development without justification," commented Zoltán Lévai István Lévai, who firmly stated that the decision must be reviewed with the involvement of the residents.

The investment planned for the nearby Szemeretelep, the road to which - based on Sándor Szaniszló's decision - may be opened before its preparation may cause even greater indignation. "An investor is planning to build seven hundred and fifty homes in the area, who has already approached the previous municipality with this intention, but two years ago the municipality Attila Ughy tied the reclassification necessary for the investment to infrastructural developments, which the investor did not undertake," he enlivened the history Kálmán Tóth , Fidesz faction leader.

In the event of the creation of a residential park of this scale, roads, kindergartens and other developments are also necessary, because if this is not done by the contractor, then the municipality has to do it, which would take the resources away from other places. However, during the state of emergency, Sándor Szaniszló decided on measures that would allow the area to be reclassified as a residential area, and if this happens, the investor is no longer bound by anything.
