The anti-pedophile law apparently provoked the anger of the LGBTQ lobby because the regulation prohibits pseudo-civilian organizations from promoting gender reassignment or homosexuality during sexual education in schools. The progressives have been fighting for years to promote their sensitizing courses in educational institutions, a goal that is increasingly successful in the Western world. In the United States, so-called preschoolers are already considered drag queen reading classes, where hypersexualized, female impersonators promote sexual orientations (and in many cases also deviance) different from the heterosexual ones characteristic of the majority of society. In several cases, it turned out that drag queens carrying out sexual indoctrination of children are convicted rapists. Furthermore, there is also a significant danger that drag kids involved in a strongly erotic subculture publicly sexualized by the LGBTQ lobby are more likely to attract the attention of pedophiles...
...In the Western world, it has already become accepted that children under the influence of the LGBTQ lobby take puberty blockers by their own decision in adolescence, or decide on gender reassignment surgeries before their sexual identity is even formed. These lifelong - and often irreversible - decisions are made following the recommendations of "civil" organizations, psychologists and their radically progressive teachers. The recently adopted Hungarian regulations fight precisely against the infiltration of this kind of Western phenomena and protect the rights of parents from harmful sexual effects on children.
In this way, self-determination also appears at the level of parents, as the law gives them wider powers in the development of their children's autonomy, which neither other countries nor supranational NGOs can interfere with.
Hungary is a tolerant and open country, but it refuses to give in to the political pressure of the progressive agenda. Today in Hungary, criminal law does not persecute or discriminate against homosexuality, it is free to organize a homosexual parade, found an association, or live in a registered partnership. Furthermore, everyone can freely express their sexual identity, as Hungarian laws also ensure the exercise of basic constitutional rights for sexual minorities.
The deliberate misinterpretation of the anti-pedophile law does not take into account the basic fact that the law does not regulate the lifestyle of adults, it only protects the rights of parents to raise children, which, by the way, is in line with Article 14, point 3 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union.
Pursuant to this, the union must respect the right of parents to ensure the upbringing and education of their children in accordance with their religious and pedagogical beliefs. However, the Hungarian government's argument is ignored by the bureaucrats in Brussels and, similar to the migration crisis, they are planning to launch a breach of duty procedure against Hungary, citing the violation of the protection of minorities.
The fact that the national communities have fallen into the grip of Brussels, where the federalist structures above the national level are trying to undermine the sovereignty of the member states with stealthy legislation, and the same mine work is carried out from below by constructed groups based on gender ideology and the LGBTQ lobby, fits into the toolkit of power engineering of the progressive agenda. The regular condemnation statements also highlight the fact that the Commission, acting as the guardian of the treaties, regularly applies double standards, which was also evident during the rejection of the Minority Safepack European citizens' initiative.
