Cooperation opportunities were discussed at the opening of the Míves Emberek Sokadalma.

The eighteenth Míves Emberek Sokadalma started in a family atmosphere in Székelyudvarhely. On the zero day, the partner organizations and associations presented themselves and then held a conference entitled "Cooperation as an opportunity for renewal and survival".

As the opening ceremony of the conference, festival director Katalin Czirjék and Izabella Bartalis, head of the Hargita County Heritage Resource Center and Pálfi Kinga, deputy mayor of Székelyudvarhely, welcomed the creative workshops and associations participating in the festival. Transylvanian and Hungarian partner organizations of the event also presented themselves.

Senator Antal Lóránd could not attend the meeting in person, but he sent a video message in which he said: after it was possible to get a very large parliamentary majority to vote for the craft law, the constitutional court declared it unconstitutional citing procedural reasons. In his message, the politician invited the craft associations to a negotiation before the September session, with whom they could jointly develop a new draft law. The comments of the Constitutional Court would be taken into account in order to avoid another rejection, and the draft could be submitted by spring at the latest, the senator added.

Many people think in terms of micro or small communities, said festival director Katalin Czirjék during the discussion following the speeches. Civil organizations are usually created out of the desire to change a small corner of the world, but let's think differently: let's change the whole of Transylvania, he emphasized. According to his experience, this concept works, for example in the case of the Angel Caravan, and it is the viable way to unite. According to the festival director, diversity is essential for effective cooperation, that is, it is necessary to group organizations operating in as many spheres of activity as possible.

According to the organizers of the festival, this year's MES welcomes not only visitors but also participants on Saturday and Sunday. In addition to the fair stands, there are workshops located in the castle, where you can work with folk masters, but there will also be high-quality folk music and early music concerts.
