The president of Momentum, András Fekete-Győr, made various promises to the LGBTQ community in the hope of gaining votes. Together with Anna Donáth, they promised gays, transgenders and members of other sexual minorities that if they get into government, same-sex couples will be able to marry and adopt children in Hungary, and they will also support gender reassignment surgeries and school education.

With this move, Momentum has once again proven that the party is controlled from Brussels, as they carry out orders from there without a second thought. Unsurprisingly, the demands of the left-wing party match almost word for word what the European Commission demands from the Hungarian government.

András Fekete-Győr and Anna Donáth spoke in a live video message about their support for sex reassignment surgeries and the marriage of same-sex couples. However, the Momentum website reveals more details than this: for example, the András Fekete-Győr also stand up for LGBTQ propaganda at school. According to them, adequate sexual information should be provided at school. "Sexual life should not be taboo - in different age groups in different ways and degrees, but of course the subject must be dealt with." They also add that "different relationship patterns and family models should appear. The awareness and accepting attitude of the teachers on this topic must be established during their training."

In the video, András Fekete-Győr also talked about the fact that gender reassignment would be allowed, as well as gender reassignment surgeries, but it is not clear at what age. He promised to withdraw the law known as Section 33, which came into effect in 2020, and restore the right to gender reassignment.
