According to Zoltán Lomnici Jr., the left, with the involvement of lawyers, is making sure that Hungary's number one source of law is put under brackets in the event of their possible election victory.

Participation in the referendum will be important, but it is also important that if the will of the majority coincides with the government's intention, then this also means a subsequent confirmation - believes constitutional lawyer Zoltán Lomnici Jr.

"I expect that many people will participate in the referendum, as it is not only a national referendum, but also a referendum on European issues," constitutional lawyer Zoltán Lomnici told our newspaper. The specialist added that, in addition to participation, it will also be important to see the proportion of people rejecting processes that are dangerous for children in connection with each question, and it is also important that if the will of the majority matches the government's intention, then this means a subsequent confirmation.

"As we know, Hungary did not renounce any element of sovereignty by joining the EU, it only agreed to the joint exercise of certain powers," the constitutional lawyer reminded, and then emphasized that this current government initiative is important because it once again affects the sovereignty of the Union . offensive policy, which is clearly a member state's internal affairs, yet the relevant Hungarian legislation was treated by the European Commission from the first moment as if it had a say in this area.

"With the referendum, Hungary paves the way for those member states that have or will have conservative, right-wing sovereignist leaders, as with this pioneering role the country stands out not only in the defense of its own cause, but in all matters that are the internal affairs of the member states," added Zoltán Lomnici , according to whom it would be easier to fall in line and pursue a sly policy, which was carried out by the socialist-liberal governments between 2002 and 2010, which at the same time had a high price, because a significant part of the Hungarian national wealth fell into foreign hands, and which in the last decade with trying work in strategic areas, it was recovered.

"The eyes of the leftists and liberals were stung from the first moment by the new constitution, because they insisted on the twentieth law of the year nineteen forty-nine, which failed morally, legally and socio-politically," said the expert, who reminded that the communist law could not protect the Hungarian people from the serious social attacks that threatened Hungarians between 2002 and 2010.

And Zoltán Lomnici considers the fact that Gergely Karácsony previously tried to campaign with the Budapest constitution, while the politicians of the DK did not take the oath on the basic law, which nevertheless obviously applies to them as well, says Zoltán Lomnici.

"And now, with the involvement of lawyers, the left-wing experts are working to somehow put Hungary's number one source of law in brackets in the event of a possible election victory," he added. He drew attention to Péter Hach's statement that the left-liberal idea of abolishing the Basic Law by circumventing the two-thirds rule puts the rule of law in brackets and would result in civil war in Hungary.
