It has long been in the left's crosshairs to change the constitution if they come to power, even if they do not have the necessary parliamentary majority. Most recently, Péter Bárándy, the former minister of justice in the Medgyessy government, spoke about the need to develop certain techniques that can be used to override the two-thirds rule and the written law, Magyar Nemzet reports.

- In the event of a basic law amendment with a simple majority, not only the moral strength of the political power, but also the social trust in the constitutional order would be significantly shaken, and a legal order created in this way would be fragile, unstable and unpredictable - said jr. Zoltán Lomnici, Századvég's legal expert.

According to the opinion of the constitutional lawyer, the rainbow coalition's ideas primarily include proposals for solutions that are difficult to take seriously, such as the Budapest Constitution, which was previously floated by the mayor, or the need for a constitution by a simple majority, which both have in common that they are legally uninterpretable and go against the principles of the rule of law and the with the provisions of the Basic Law.

- The Basic Law itself declares that its adoption or amendment requires the support vote of two-thirds of the members of the National Assembly, i.e. a qualified majority - reminded Lomnici, and then added: disregarding these voting ratios would result in the arbitrary change of the constitutional order of the Hungarian state.

According to the employee of Századvég, the idea of the left-wing lawyers is not only "dangerous", but also unconstitutional, since the Basic Law can only be amended by a two-thirds majority obtained during the elections. - This is an unavoidable condition, and the left-wing "tricks" serve pure political goals - he underlined...

...It is worth noting that Bárándy himself admits: there is a danger if left-liberal forces rise above a written law as one of the main pillars of the rule of law...

...In addition to Péter Bárándy, other left-liberal lawyers have already argued that the Basic Law should be thrown into the trash, as they have stated several times. Moreover , ELTE lecturer Zoltán Fleck with Ferenc Gyurcsány - directly believes that after an opposition victory in 2022, the clear enforcement of the rule of law should be temporarily abandoned.

We can add that this is called a dictatorship everywhere in the world! In other words, the democracy of the globalists is nothing but aggressive violence against real democracy.
