Member of Parliament József Kulcsár-Terza received on Friday the protocol in which the gendarmerie warns him for organizing a press conference on the main square of Kézdivásárhely on July 20, where journalists could ask István Beke and Zoltán Szőcs, who were released on parole the day before.

The minutes were issued on August 17th and delivered on August 27th. It states that József Kulcsár-Terza will be given a warning for violating the rules, for organizing a public meeting in the main square of Kézdivásárhely on July 20, in which about a hundred people participated. He did not officially announce this, but published the location and time of the event on Facebook a day earlier, it is stated in the minutes.

" Another manifestation of the specifically interpreted Romanian democracy. It is incomprehensible and unacceptable that the joint press conference held with István Beke and Zoltán Szőcs is classified as a public gathering by the gendarmerie and, according to the evidence of the attached minutes, prosecutes for a violation of the rules. The intention is clear, but the attempt at intimidation did not achieve the desired effect. We will continue to raise our voice for what is right," József Kulcsár-Terza on the social media site, where he also published the minutes.

He explained to Székelyhon that on August 12, the police summoned István Beke and Zoltán Szőcs, who said that the press conference was organized by the politician. The next step in the case was the minutes sent out on Friday. In Romania, I am the only politician who commits a violation when holding a press conference. Just like I'm the only one who was punished for singing the Hungarian national anthem , said the representative. He added that he considers it outrageous that he is being held accountable for the press conference, which was not organized indoors precisely because of the epidemic situation.
