The Spring Festival in Kézdivásárhely starts again after a one-year hiatus and from September 3rd to 12th awaits both locals and foreigners who want to relax. Compared to previous years, many changes can be found in the program, but the essence of the event has remained: valuable harvest, family-friendly, peaceful relaxation seasoned with entertainment.

One of the biggest changes is that the program is divided into two weekends, the first weekend is mostly for indoor events, and then on the weekend before school starts, the crowd moves out into the open air.

"This year, we focused on the locals in all aspects, the producer, the craftsman, the participants of the cooking competition will be local, the people on the stage will be local, Republic is an exception, but we can also consider them locals, since they have visited us so many times and they also have good personal relationships with the to the city," Tibor Bokor, mayor of Kézdivásárhely, told the portal.

The first part of the program series will be the presentation of the Pro Urbe award, this year the Kézdivásárhely municipality will present the award to neurologist Dr. Gábor Biró. Then come the exciting programs, such as the poppy festival, Borudvar concerts, Vigadó Mozi, exhibition openings and book presentations. The main square will be full of music from the Children's Town and Utca, but there will also be a fair, a youth court and even more delicious delicacies. In the evenings during the second weekend of the event, there will be concerts on the square in front of Kaszárnya: Sing Floyd, The Crazy Plumbers, Old Bumeráng and Ego Sum bands will perform here, and finally the Hungarian Republic.
