"They have lost all contact with reality, they have pushed the bicycle so far that it is now visible to the majority of the population," said Birgit Kelle (pictured) about the German left-wing opinion control. The Mandiner journalist talked to the renowned German journalist about Sunday's election, the differences of opinion between the German population and the media elite, and who a simple Christian German should vote for. We quote from the interview.
The choice is very difficult at the moment, because in the conservative parties, the CDU and the CSU, which still bear C in their name, the Christian perspective has been massively pushed into the background. From a Christian point of view, therefore, it is no longer possible to vote for the CDU unconditionally, it must be said that C has not played any role in politics for years.
If we take up topics that are crucial for Christians, such as the persecution of Christians, the protection of life or bioethics, the question arises as to what kind of image of man is the basis of our actions, is the Christian image of man still alive, or are we ready to give it up? They give some things to pro-lifers in the parties, but in reality they don't play any role, they don't want to give them much room for maneuver.
In some people's reading, Christianity also serves as an alibi, when it comes to the refugee crisis, then suddenly everyone discovers love for their neighbor, atheists, the Left Party and the Greens also reactivate their Christian image to justify their refugee policy, but when it comes to abortion, then no one likes to be reminded of the Christian image anymore.(...)
You never get what you want, the party that does what I want, I should found it myself. People always buy a package, the smallest bad thing. Among the parties that really have a chance of getting into the Bundestag and getting into government, the CDU is the only option for Christians at the federal level.
I'm not the only one who feels this way, many people in the bourgeois camp see that they really have positions that used to be the positions of the CDU. The AfD did not invent new positions, but filled the vacuum created by the CDU. The CDU has given up the civil position it previously took on many topics, such as family policy, gender policy... The AfD was smart, it took advantage of this potential. Now suddenly the situation is that if a person is pro-family, anti-abortion, pro-life protection or anti-gender policy, they say it is the AfD position. People, sorry, we already represented these when the AfD was not even in the plan, and at that time these were center-party positions within the CDU!

Following its publication, EP representative Balázs Hidvéghi also responded to the following:
So far and no more! They say it now in German society, according to Birgit Kelle, the well-known German journalist. And really! The left-wing insanity denying the male-female dichotomy has reached such a point in Germany that they speak gender-neutrally in the public media, send letters from the office gender-neutrally, and university students are deducted points if they do not write gender-neutrally. If we add to this that they are talking about "Taliban" and "Taliban women", then one thing can be said for sure: the Western European leftist elite has lost all contact with reality.
And it is precisely this completely irrational ideology that we, Hungarians, must avoid. We can't get that far! This is why, for example, the Child Protection Act was necessary. And that is why it is also necessary that at least we, the representatives of the Fidesz-KDNP, stand up for Hungary in the face of all the craziness in Brussels!
