At the Gárdony forum on Tuesday evening, the opposition's candidate for prime minister criticized the utility reduction, but defended László Bige. Looks like that little one went to the right place.

Péter Márki-Zay held a forum in Gárdony on Tuesday evening, during which he expressed his opinion on, among other things, the reduction of utilities and the accusations against László Bige .

Márki-Zay: The overhead reduction is stupidity

Speaking about the utility reduction, the opposition prime minister candidate said: the "huge problem" is that "instead of reacting smartly to some problems", according to him, "unfortunately, some politicians were looking for ways to steal from it. How can you make a personal profit out of this?"

Péter Márki-Zay said:

"well, utility reduction is one of those folk tricks",

as he put it, according to him, "everything can be done well, done smartly, done stupidly, people can be dumbed down. You can listen to the politician's statements from the 24th minute of the video below.

Speaking about László Bige, the mayor of Hódmezővásárhely said:

"They asked what is the situation with László Bige, whether he is now a criminal or not, I don't know."

Márki-Zay added:

"Maybe there really was a cartel, maybe there wasn't."

At the same time, the opposition's candidate for prime minister also suggested in defense of László Bige: "it is also possible that cartelization is not the problem at all". As he put it: "so far we don't see any evidence of it, so far I only see propaganda that they want to acquire your company."
