This week, the hospitals are expecting visitors with increased vaccination capacity either for the first, missed second, or third booster vaccination. Unvaccinated people can come to the vaccination point without prior registration, in which case they will be registered on the spot. Those who arrive without an appointment will be vaccinated in order of arrival. Those who registered in advance and booked an appointment online can avoid waiting. Last Thursday, the European Medicines Agency (EMA) approved the vaccination of 5-11-year-olds with the Pfizer vaccine. Hungary is ready to organize this as well, the government has contracted additional Pfizer vaccines to vaccinate children, the first shipment is expected to arrive in December.
