Unvaccinated people who have been infected with the coronavirus can be vaccinated without a waiting period, according to the latest published recommendation of the National Center for Public Health.

The announcement revealed that it is not justified to perform a PCR test to check for possible asymptomatic infection before vaccination, Index . Quoting from the NNK's recommendation, the newspaper writes: "Experience of an infection does not correspond to immunization. In all cases, it is necessary to administer the entire vaccination series."

According to the professional recommendation of the third vaccination, it still hasn't changed

the vaccine must be taken 4, at most, 6 months after the basic immunization.

The selection of the vaccine is always the responsibility of the vaccinator. There are no general contraindications for any of the vaccine combinations, it was pointed out in the announcement. According to the protocol, the second and third vaccinations may be contraindicated if the first vaccination caused an anaphylactic reaction in the recipient.

The fourth vaccination is not justified for now

Regarding the repeated vaccination of children between the ages of 12 and 17, it is stated that the same rule applies to them, so the third vaccination can be given after 4, at most, 6 months. Half a dose of the Moderna vaccine can be given in all cases, they pointed out.

Regarding the fourth vaccination, the National Public Health Center's recommendation revealed that its introduction is not justified for the time being, however, depending on the evolution of the epidemic, a decision on this will be made later. Giving it for the purpose of travel and employment abroad is not professionally justified, they added.
