"Everyone who wants to live in a democratic country, where all lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer people can live freely and safely, the state does not interfere in people's private lives, free to choose a partner, free to marry, free to founding a family, free education, free self-expression and free self-determination over our name and registered gender"

The date also means that the 27th Budapest Pride Festival will be held between June 24 and July 24.
