Faith gives hope, and a hopeful story is for everyone. We also encounter suffering or goodness. None of them depend on faith. We gladly present such stories, because there is always more, and faith helps in this. Our portraits are examples and role models at the same time, said Kolos Andrónyi, head of the Main Religious Editorial Office of the MTVA. Public media programs with religious content are appearing in a renewed form.

- Public media programs with religious content will be renewed. What changes can viewers expect?

- We have been in constant change for a year, and we have now reached an important stage with the new program grid.

"What are the main signs of this?"

– We want to get closer to people who are looking for God. In the spirit of this, we present new programs, and we make the image of our older programs fresher and more current. We strive not only to produce diverse programs, but also to reach out to the target audience as strongly as possible. We want to open the gates as wide as possible. In the new program structure, we will have one-minute programs conveying short but concise messages, as well as six-, thirteen-, and twenty-six-minute programs. It is important that we want to speak not only to those who long for the word of God, that is, to religious people, but also to those who are still looking for God.

– Please briefly introduce the shows!

– A round table discussion entitled Agapé On Thursday evenings, Gergely Vágvölgyi and his four guests look for Christian answers to the social and public phenomena that surround us. Through this program, we would like to thematize one month at a time.

In February, for example, we focus on marriage, in March on free will. But honestly! in the program, young people ask authentic priests and pastors for them. is Lét-Ige about Protestant denominations I think it is a fantastic opportunity for their voices to be amplified together, in many parts, so that the parts can still be heard individually. The Meeting , we present hopeful stories to the viewers with sophisticated documentary tools and the finest traditions of in-depth interviews. It 's for you! In the program entitled "Sunday Gospel", it leaves the walls of the churches and thanks to the explanation, it becomes a part of our everyday life. We are looking for a good person! the message of our show is that making a sacrifice is better than feeling like a victim. " In God's Hands " is our old-new flagship, in which we explore a topic touching depths and heights. World religion is a religious magazine for those who are interested in what is happening in the world. Roman reports , which collects Vatican news for us week by week, as well as Katolikus kronika , which appeals to Catholics, Christians and seekers alike, will remain on the screen The Living Church on the M1 and Püspökkenér on the M5 remain unchanged in the range of public media's religious programs.

– What is the surplus that religious programs provide compared to other public media programs?

- Christ's message has been unchanged for two thousand years. In the main editorial office of religious programs, it is essential that this unchanging and eternal message is passed on in different forms.

– How do they try to address the seekers of God?

- We want to think through fundamental questions that affect everyone. For example, a moving story can give hope to everyone, regardless of whether the person is a believer or not.

"Please give me an example!"

– For example, where we can find peace of mind, prosperity or even happiness.

– We have been searching for the answer to this last question for thousands of years.

– There are many kinds of answers. We don't want to cover all of them, but we want to present what comes from faith, because faith gives hope, and a hopeful story is for everyone. We also encounter suffering or goodness. None of them depend on faith. We gladly present such stories, because there is always more, and faith helps in this. Our portraits are both examples and role models.

– How do they address different members of society?

- When editing our programs, we make a special effort to be able to offer an interesting palette for all age groups. Our approach is value-based. Fortunately, however, we no longer only have the television screen at our disposal. For example, we will have materials that we create only for the online interface. We are strengthening our presence on social media, and our best programs are available on the largest video sharing site, Bizony, Isten! on our channel.

– What is the feedback from the viewers?

"Very favorable." And we get huge help from the churches.

– What is the believer's response to various social phenomena?

– Our program Agapé deals with this question, in which we explore how a Christian answers social questions. We are diverse and there are many Christian denominations, but in Christ there is only one answer. We are looking for what Christ would answer to the various questions of the world.

"They set the bar high."

"What is this compared to what God's redemptive will has done for us!" He also gives strength to the fact that we cannot give up on the search for the ultimate truth.
