On Pentecost in June, Székely Gyors and Csíksomlyó Expressz will again depart for Székelyföld. The passengers will participate in the farewell party in Csíksomlyo in the company of half a million Székely-Hungarians. During the four-day program, they will reach the former border of Historical Hungary and mentally recapture Transylvania.

Almost half a thousand other people will embark on the glorious journey organized by the Carpathian European Travel Office on Friday, June 3, on the International Pilgrim Train. The Székely Gyors departs from Budapest and the Csíksomlyó Expressz departs from Transdanubia, so that they connect in the capital and rush to Transylvania together. The four-day journey is more than just a train journey. On the train, tour guides tell stories about what they saw, Hungarian and Székely folk music is played by the train band, and the two restaurant cars serve hot and cold food all day long.

Reformed bishop László Tőkés is waiting for the train decorated with hundreds of Hungarian, Árpád-Házi and Székely flags in Nagyvárad The same uplifting welcome is repeated in all Szekler villages and towns.

The passengers of the train live near Csíksomlyó, in Székely settlements, with Székely-Hungarian families as part of village tourism. Meals include breakfast, dinner, and real Székely plum pálinka in the evenings and mornings.

Pilgrims are accompanied by guides and a special program awaits them every day. The highlight is, of course, the Mass in Csíksomlyó. We pray together with half a million Székely-Hungarians in the saddle between Kis- and Nagy-Somlyó.

On Sunday, the pilgrims reach Gyimesbükker, the Rákóczi Castle, the thousand-year-old border of Great Hungary. Here, too, we participate in Holy Mass and farewell. The program continues in the afternoon in Gyimesek. On the Day of National Unity, we commemorate the sad anniversary of the signing of the Trianon Peace Edict. Then the passengers can be part of a whirlwind of music and dance at Gyimesközéplok. We will also meet Franciscan brother Csaba Böjte The evening brother Csaba 's children from the orphanage.
