The Civil Unification Forum-Civil Unification Non-profit Foundation has issued a statement in which it is announced that the objection of the private individual who attacked the "mini feris" poster campaign was rejected by the Kúria after the NVB. The announcement can be read below.

"The forces attacking the "Mini Feri" poster campaign suffered another serious defeat

A private individual who previously belonged to the founders of the SZDSZ attacked our organization in front of the NVB and the Kúria, and criticized the activities of the CÖF CÖKA during the election campaign on the grounds that it operates with public money, and therefore its activities are classified as interference by the state in the election campaign. The National Electoral Commission rejected his application and his objection, and this is how the highest judicial forum handled his review request.

In the future, the CÖF-CÖKA will generally consider the Court's argument to be the guiding principle for itself, that with our poster campaign, we did not formulate a campaign message regarding the essence of the election campaign, but expressed ourselves on a public issue. The "mini feris" posters did not carry a message suitable for influencing the electorate regarding the fact and time of the general election of members of parliament, the manner of exercising the right to vote, and did not constitute an election violation.

In the future, the CÖF-CÖKA also wants to express itself in important public issues, in the framework of transparent campaigns financed from Hungarian private sources, and as the main organizer of the Peace Process, always taking into account the principle of the sovereignty of the people.

Nothing about us, without us!

Management of CÖF-CÖKA"
