The representatives open the meeting day with speeches before the agenda, and then commemorate the day of birds and trees. After that, the debate on the tenth amendment to the Basic Law will begin. The change would give the government the authority to make a quick decision if necessary due to the ongoing war in Ukraine.
Along with the amendment of the basic law, the Parliament also discusses the proposal on the amendment of the disaster prevention and related laws.
The National Assembly will also discuss the bill on regulatory issues related to the end of the state of emergency, and then close its work on Tuesday with speeches following the agenda.
