According to the announcement of Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenković, starting Wednesday, our neighbor to the south will also introduce an upper limit on fuel prices.

The price of 95 petrol is 13.5 kuna (697 HUF); the price of diesel is HRK 13.08 (HUF 676); and the price of synthetic blue gasoline can be a maximum of 9.45 kuna (488 forints).

Plenković also said that the tax on fuel will also be reduced. There is no tax on blue diesel, so it will not change, but the tax will be 0.4 kuna (HUF 20) less for gasoline and 0.2 kuna (10 HUF) for diesel.

For the time being, the government will introduce the price freeze for one month, but in two weeks it is possible that a small correction will be made to the frozen prices.
