The Jakabs tried to exonerate their presidential candidate, István Földi, the alleged perpetrator of sexual violence, two days before the presidential election, with a manipulated audio recording handed over to the press. ...The think tank of the fallen party leader, Péter Jakab , is preparing for a kind of counter-coup at Saturday's cleanup, in the spirit of which the alleged perpetrator of sexual violence in Szatmár, István Földi as president. As the main confidant of Péter Jakab Földi, he could provide full power to the fallen president, who retained his position as faction leader.
Földi, who campaigned together with Jakab, started another campaign on Thursday. In a private announcement on his community page , he officially declared himself innocent in the case of sexual violence in Ököritofülpös , in which the Nyíregyháza Police Department is conducting an investigation for the crime of violation of personal freedom.
"The truth was revealed to everyone yesterday. An audio recording has seen the light of day, on which former member of parliament Csaba Gyüre himself says that no violence took place at that particular pig sty in Ökörito-Fülpös, the whole thing was just blown up. All this is said by Csaba Gyüre, whom György Szilágyi's partner, Anita V., has been referring to in the press all along as the crown witness of the case, who saved her from the alleged violence. Today it turned out, there was nothing to save him from, because even according to Csaba Gyüre, nothing happened," István Földi wrote on his social media page.
A few hours later, however, this satisfaction became very doubtful, Csaba Gyüre denied it on his Facebook page. "With thirty-three years of legal practice behind me, I am aware that the outcome of the criminal case in Ököritófülpös in December will not be decided by István Földi's Facebook post, nor by me, nor by a few words taken out of the context of an illegal audio recording - intentionally made public in time for Jobbik's cleanup campaign word, but the independent Hungarian court.
The content of the entire illegally recorded conversation is significantly different from the audio material extracted and cut from it, which has now been made public. I gave my testimony in the case at the police station factually and objectively, the decision is in the hands of the authorities. Due to the illegal audio recording, I will take the necessary legal steps," wrote Csaba Gyüre.
Gyüre was the politician from Jobbik who freed the victim of the sexual insult, the partner of ex-Jobbik vice president György Szilágyi Anita V. from her predicament.
The victim's partner, György Szilágyi, told Magyar Hírlap that the audio recording published by Földi was actually a sixteen-minute phone conversation between István Földi's right-hand man, István Miskolczi, regional director, and Csaba Gyüre, the day after the pig slaughter.
This private conversation was recorded, and the audio recording of a few seconds, based on which Földi acquitted himself in the criminal proceedings, was sweated out of it, Szilágyi added. By the way, the caller was the doorman, who escorted his partner into the room, locked the door there, and then stood guard in front of him so that no one could disturb his boss, Földi, in his planned action, said the former vice president of Jobbik.
According to Szilágyi, the Jakab-Földi tandem is trying to deceive the congress delegates with this audio recording.
