The left-wing civil war of Budapest III is not over. district, Óbuda, where last Sunday Fidesz won the by-election in one of the constituencies with a result of over fifty percent.

I am glad that I was able to live this beautiful moment that you failed the election - wrote András Iván Hazai , the former president of the DK in Óbuda and the resigned deputy mayor of the left coalition, addressing his lines to the DK László Kiss Due to the resignation of András Iván Hazai, the interim local government election had to be called in Óbuda's individual electoral district number 2, which was won by the Fidesz candidate, Júlia Csikósné Mányi, with more than fifty percent of the votes in one of the strongest left-wing strongholds.

He recalls in his home post that in 2019 he gave up everything and campaigned for the election of then-socialist László Kiss as mayor and for the victory of the left. At the time, he didn't know that Ferenc Gyurcsány and László Kiss had beaten him and his civilian partner, Péter Rózsa László. For example, with the fact that after the election, Kiss moved to the DK in the 18th century. together with the district socialist mayor, Sándor Szaniszló.

"You are a scoundrel and a liar," he writes in his post about the mayor who fell out with Gyurcsán, and adds, "you will fail Gergó Czeglédy ." (The position of András Iván Hazai, who resigned was taken by Miklós Hagyó's former secretary) "If I had known what your plan was then, I would have avoided you by a long way and I would have chosen Balázs Bús, because he is a hundred times better and more socially sensitive than you," writes the district's former about the mayor of Fidesz.

András Iván Hazai, the former district president of the DK and the deputy mayor of the left-wing alliance, justified his resignation in May by saying that he was fed up with Gyurcsány and the lying and doing nothing of the district left. For this reason, he also resigned from the representative office, he did not want to be a voting machine in the machine that cheats the district people.

Former Fidesz mayor Balázs Bús also reacted to Hazai's move on his social media page: "He was a rare, fair left-wing politician, of whom there are no more in the current Óbuda representative body. It is no coincidence that the citizens of Óbuda also expressed their opinion about the left-wing city government of Óbuda during the past three years. It is no coincidence that the people of Óbuda chose Júlia Csikósné Mányi (Fidesz)."

Hazai's resignation was also due to the fact that he did not agree with the fact that his party, DK, had allied with Jobbik. In addition, it was unacceptable to him that none of the developments promised by the mayor had started in his constituency. "The László Kisses promised that they would deal with my development proposals, but later they swept them off the table, and even left my district out of community planning in the last year," he previously wrote on his social media page.

Hazai stated in several interviews even before the by-election, that from the time they left the Gyurcsány party together with Péter László Rózsa, they were disabled and considered enemies, and office workers were forbidden to talk to them. After the parliamentary elections, he was also stripped of his position as a councillor.
