Hungarian universities were occupied by the communists during socialism and have remained there to this day. This is particularly typical of social science courses, natural science is less affected by ideology. Over time, the post-communists merged with post-modern and Western liberal ideologies, the influence of which continues to this day. This is how it can happen that analysis from a Christian perspective cannot occur either in philosophy or in religious studies. Such scientific analyzes are downgraded, theses and doctoral dissertations are withheld, and academic degrees are denied.

The following case took place in Hungary and continues to this day. The doctoral student was completing the Doctoral School of Education at a well-known rural university, when he became acquainted with postmodern philosophy. He soon read all the literature on it and realized how much the influence of this philosophy permeates today's pedagogy and education system around the world. Thus, he changed his subject and began to examine the impact of postmodernism on the educational system. Here, however, he ran into simple irony, because the professor said that either pedagogy or philosophy, the two together, cannot be the subject of the dissertation, even though the multidisciplinary thesis was already known a long time ago. After receiving the delinquent ultimatum, he transferred to the Doctor of Philosophy school. It could be guessed that philosophy does not accept dealing with pedagogy, so he changed the subject again.

How can philosophers be defamed?

This time, he began to examine the development of postmodern philosophy, the XIX. starting from the philosophy of the 19th century. His supervisor, who was also the head of the institution, encouraged him that he had professionally done a good, thorough job, and that he had written it all in a very good style. The surprise came at the home defense, when the head of the doctoral school declared that "He insulted the philosophers in the temple of philosophy." What did he disgrace? By analyzing the XIX. century philosophers and showed the difference between postmodernism and Christianity. Nietzsche, who said "God is dead" and preached the Dionysian principle of life instead of Christianity, came under fire. First, of course, Hegel, then after Nietzsche, Schopenhauer, who transplanted Eastern Buddhism into philosophy. Looking at all this through a Christian lens. That then blew the fuse. The doctoral student should note that philosophers cannot be analyzed from a Christian point of view at any university. The delinquent has been given another ultimatum, either rewrite the thesis or never get a doctorate. The doctoral student published his dissertation in the form of a book, under the academic title "The Roots of Postmodernism" and under the more popular title "Godless Great Freedom". And he wrote another dissertation. It didn't even reach home defense, only the head of the department, who had learned from the past case, didn't even encourage it. Two more papers were soon published, Vitairat a XX. about the 1st and 2nd parts. Both were then published in book form, but neither could be submitted as a dissertation. One of its main titles is "European Vision", which examines the humanities from a Christian perspective, which bear the hallmarks of postmodernism. Analysis from a Christian perspective? Well, no.

How can religious studies be defamed?

After he was rejected in philosophy and was stripped of his academic degree, he turned to the topic and department of religious studies. It became the subject of his research and the title of his later book, "The Paradigm of Reincarnation and the Single Life." In it, he researched with scientific thoroughness the Eastern religions that exerted such a great influence on Europe, especially Buddhism, and presented Christian teachings in parallel. When he knocked on the door with his topic at the best-known university in Budapest, he received another rejection. In philosophy, he received an Absolutórium in his doctoral school, which does not expire, so this was not the problem, but the topic. More specifically, the Christian point of view. The head of the department of religious studies said that he will not be able to defend this at any university, because from a Christian point of view it is not possible to analyze other religions, only in themselves, because that would be influencing. So, like philosophers, religious studies and religions can also be defamed with Christianity. Here we are today. There is a comparative science of religion, but Christianity cannot emerge victorious from it. Moreover, where this works, the head of the department, according to his own definition, is a liberal Christian, which is a modern form of heresy.

In religious studies, the postmodern and liberal view prevails that all religions are equal and that all paths lead to the same place. This is indeed a lie, but it cannot be said that anyone who attempts this is influencing Christianity. Islam denies the divinity and crucifixion, resurrection, and redemption of Jesus, which from a Christian point of view is also a form of heresy. According to Buddhism, God does not even exist, man must redeem himself, only Christianity has a redeeming God, and only he preaches love and healing. (A book about this was also published by our doctoral student entitled: "Healing with God") But according to religious studies and today's postmodern understanding, Jesus, Buddha and Muhammad are equal. On what basis? According to postmodernism, there is no single truth, everything is relative, there is no difference between good and bad, false and true. Christianity, on the other hand, separated the true from the false, the good from the bad, and says that there is truth. It is forbidden to say this today in the name of pseudo-tolerance and in the name of political correctness, who thinks according to Christian principles and engages in hate speech.

Our doctoral student then wrote another book, and his new field of research became liberal Christianity. It was published under the title "From Liberal Christianity to Egypt", but he never tried to submit it to any university. Of course, he also asked Christian universities if he could defend his doctorate. Here, however, they did not accept his Absolutory in philosophy, he had to complete the 3 years of doctoral school again. And this is where the ordeal ends, our doctoral student does not even have a doctorate today, he was denied this because he dared to analyze philosophers and other religions from a Christian point of view. By the way, the science of religion was created during the colonial era, when the Europeans discovered the books of the East, translated them and wanted to eliminate the Christian hegemony. It was actually created against Christianity. It worked. So much so that today, in the era of post-communism and post-modernity, neoliberalism, nothing can be analyzed from a Christian point of view at any university.

Today, Christianity has been eradicated in post-communist universities.
