Tenders for the support of shops in small settlements with a budget of HUF 8 billion will be launched in a few weeks within the framework of the Hungarian village program, the government commissioner responsible for the development of modern settlements said on Monday in Ácsteszér.
Alpár Gyopáros emphasized: all small shops that operate in settlements with fewer than 2,000 inhabitants can take advantage of the opportunity, not only those that received support in 2021. The sums won can be applied to salary costs and overhead costs, he indicated.
Despite the difficult economic situation, the government is still committed to supporting the Hungarian countryside and small settlements, which is why the Hungarian village program will continue, the government commissioner stated.
During the procedure, the tenders appear on the Gábor Bethlen Fund Management website, it is not necessary to use the help of an expert to fill out the simplified documents, therefore the cost of writing the tender cannot be charged.
Alpár Gyopáros reminded that, thanks to the 2021 call for tenders, convenience store developments exceeding HUF 50 billion were realized in 1,450 locations in the country with significant state support and a small contribution.
