It appeared in the news that the British government is transferring to Ukraine the amount that comes from the sale of the Chelsea football team last year. The former Russian owner of the London football club, Roman Abramovich, announced last spring that the income from the business would be used for humanitarian purposes, to support the victims of the war in Ukraine and their relatives.

As on Mandine , the transaction can be implemented with the approval of the European Union, through which 2.3 billion pounds will go into the financial fund created to help the needy. In addition to the aforementioned, the funds from the fund are used to restore educational institutions and provide medical assistance. All funds are distributed under EU control!!!

Now let's not open a debate about why Abramovich was forced to sell his football club, and not even about the fact that, if you like, this is also Russian money, and as we know, the Ukrainians don't want to see anything Russian. Of course, as the saying goes, money has no smell, just like those financial and arms subsidies, which are neither bought nor numbered, for which it is not really known who will pay the ferry, or who will pay it back and how. Because we don't know about the background agreements, which contain slyness. They tell him what Zelensky is signing, as they assure him that he will be able to leave in English and spend the rest of his life in prosperity somewhere in America.

That's how it goes, we can be sure of that. Why?

I just read the other day - in Boris Johnson's book The Churchill Factor - that World War II. During World War II, the USA provided assistance to Great Britain based on a lend-lease agreement. The British needed weapons, and the Americans insisted on cash due to the provisions of the Neutrality Act, so in 1941 the last 50 tons of British gold bullion were shipped from Cape Town. In the future, they doubted the solvency of Great Britain, so they entered into a loan-to-hire agreement for the rest of the supplies. The author puts it this way: "... this so-called altruistic and impure act of the US government meant payments that - listen now! - They expired on December 31, 2006, when Mr. Ed Balls, Undersecretary of State for Economic Affairs at the Department of the Treasury, issued the last checks for $83.3 million and £42.5 million respectively to the US government.

Based on this, we should not have any doubt that the empathetic solidarity workers will present the bill to Ukraine, which the Ukrainian people will moan about for generations.
