"I INVITE ALL THE TRANSIVANIANS AND OUR FELLOWS IN HUNGARY TO THE BEAUTIFUL UNION AND BROTHERLY LOVE BETWEEN EACH OTHER. FOR THE TRANSIVANIANS NOT TO SEPARATE FROM HUNGARY, EVEN IF THEY ARE UNDER ANOTHER PRINCIPALITY! THE HUNGARIANS, SO THAT THE TRANSLIAN PEOPLE DON'T BE REJECTED!"

With these thoughts, with the announcement of the political final will of the Transylvanian prince István Bocskai, I am calling you, I am waiting for you

  1. Friday, March 10, Székely Freedom Day

for the solidarity march organized by me in his memory and honor.

In its decision of January 6, 2012, the Székely National Council designated March 10 every year as the commemorative day of the unity of the Székely people. This day was chosen because on March 10, 1854, college teacher János Török Bágyi, lawyer Mihály Gálffy Martonosi, and landowner Károly Horváth Nagyváradi, the Székely Martyrs, were executed on March 10, 1854, at Postarét in Marosvásárhely. As members of the Makk conspiracy, they wanted to rekindle the flame of the failed Hungarian revolution and freedom struggle. They gave their lives for national self-determination, thus becoming role models of courage and loyalty.

For us Hungarians and Székelys living today, following Bocskai's idealism, it is our duty to hold each other's hands, take care of each other's fate and remember the lives of our glorious forebears sacrificed for freedom and an independent national identity!

When would this be more necessary than today, when not only our national consciousness and existence, but the future of Europe as a whole is threatened by millions of invaders and the bureaucrats representing foreign interests in the Brussels apparatus supporting them?

That is why I am asking you to join me, as you know, "Together we are strength, everywhere is weakness"!

Several years ago, I marched through the city alone with the Székely flag and the national flag on my shoulder, thus expressing my respect for the life sacrifice of the heroes, as well as my solidarity with the insatiable desire of the Székely people for their independence.

According to my decision at the time, I marched from my apartment, which I designated as the Motherland, to my plot, as symbolic for me as Székelyföld, and I do the same thing every year as a tradition. I am proud of the fact that I set an example with my persistence, and as a result, many people have now joined, both individually and in an organized manner, and thus together we can show our common will and stand for our Székely national brothers!

  1. we will meet on March 10 at 14:00 at the City Hall Square, at the Szent István statue.

The distance of the march is approximately 5-6 km.

You can join anywhere for those who are too strong to cover the entire distance, but we also welcome all interested people who sympathize with our intentions at the planned stops, at the National Flag in Népkert, at the Testvérvárosok útja ÖMV filling station and at the Millennium Memorial in Hejőcsaba.

Bring a Székely and/or Hungarian flag with you!

At the end of the commemorative march, in accordance with the practice of previous years, I will offer you a few glasses of wine and thank you for your participation, while the participants will pass around the delicacies from Batyubél that they brought with them, with plans for the next year's walk."
