The CÖF-CÖKA also took part in the celebration organized by the Bem József Polish Cultural Association of Hungary on the occasion of the 229th anniversary of the birth of General József Bem. According to the traditions of the previous years, the Hungarian civilians also paid their respects to the heroes of the two nations, Father Bem, and the heroes of the Hungarian revolution and freedom struggle of 1848−49, placing wreaths of mercy at the general's monument.
Máté Tordai, youth specialist coordinator of CÖF-CÖKA, and Norbert Heizler, national coordinator of CÖF-CÖKA, on behalf of CÖF-CÖKA's sister organization, Gazeta Polska's 450 club, laid a wreath on behalf of the Civil Solidarity Foundation (CÖF-CÖKA).
