One day for tomorrow, for the climate! The basis of our existence is the preservation of the diversity of the living world - this is what the 33rd Hungarian and 53rd World Earth Day warns of, the priority theme of which is the preservation of biological diversity.

Humanity's overexpansion crushes the wildlife, we overconsume and overexpand, this is indicated year after year by the WWF's Living Planet report. Humanity's intervention in the thousand-year-old balance of nature threatens the existence of wildlife, including pollinating insects and plants. 60% of the loss of biological diversity is due to our diet, more precisely the feed of animals. Nature warned us of our vulnerability with the coronavirus - let this year's Earth Day be self-organizing and community-building! Let's do it, let's start today!

What can you do? A lot. Build a community, green your environment, plant trees, grow crops, compost, starve the trash, insulate, travel together, don't buy packaged goods, live without plastics, switch to environmentally friendly products, eat fresh domestic products instead of semi-finished, ready-made ones, eat less animals... a gift to the environment , to your health. Every week.

Earth Day has now become the largest self-organized environmental movement in Hungary.

It is an active holiday, which is about the future of all of us. We have about 8 years left to act - warns the Earth Day Foundation.
