The Ministry of Agriculture has extended the tender for the development of farms, and natural persons living on farms can now receive a maximum of HUF 7.8 million in support instead of the previous maximum of HUF 6.2 million.

The Ministry of Agriculture (AM) has once again extended its highly successful call for tenders under the Rural Development Program entitled "Developments of household-scale electricity and water supply, as well as wastewater treatment", so that applications for support can be submitted until October 1, 2023, István Nagy announced. greyhound minister, according to the ministry's announcement on Wednesday.

Quoting the head of the ministry, they wrote:

"the Ministry of Agriculture is committed to the expansion of access to basic services in the villages of rural areas, as well as the small-scale development of built infrastructural facilities". Individuals living on farms can now receive a maximum of HUF 7.8 million in support instead of the previous maximum of HUF 6.2 million.

At the same time, the amount that can be used for the implementation of individual activities has also increased: in the case of household-scale waste water treatment, purification, drinking water supply systems, or grid-connected electricity systems, a maximum of HUF 6 million in support can be requested in the future, the minister added.

István Nagy drew attention to the fact that the HUF 6 million limit is not to be interpreted in the case of the construction of stand-alone systems, the subsidy amount can reach HUF 7.8 million. Thanks to the tender scheme, a total of HUF 14.61 billion in support was awarded in connection with 3,636 applications. It is the government's firm goal to continuously provide opportunities to improve the quality of life and the situation of farmers and people living in isolation on farms in the future.
