According to Péter Ungár, Péter Márki-Zay is a particularly harmful politician, and the DK said that not only their former Prime Minister candidate, but also Gergely Karácsony is responsible for what he did. Katalin Cseh also spoke to Mediaworks about the money coming to Karácsony's 99 Movement, but according to her, the responsibility of Gergely Karácsony does not arise.

Péter Márki-Zay announced in 2021 that Gergely Karácsony campaigned in the primary election with 500 million HUF, through the 99 Movement. He later explained his statement by saying that he only estimated this amount. Now, however, the published report of the National Information Center revealed that Márki-Zay's estimate was quite accurate, as a dialogue politician Gábor Perjés paid more than 500 million in 19 installments to the account of the 99 Movement, in forints, pounds and euros, he writes the Hungarian Nation.

DK parliamentary representative Gergely Arató said regarding foreign money that Péter Márki-Zay likes to talk back and forth, and he himself does not know what kind of support has come to the 99 Movement.

The politician said that Márki-Zay and Karácsony are also responsible for what they did, but they should be asked about this.

Zoltán Komáromi, also from DK, said that he has nothing to do with this case and does not deal with it.

Péter Ungár also held Márki-Zay responsible, whom he called a particularly harmful politician, and in relation to Gergely Karácsony and the 99 Movement, he said that a distinction should be made between money coming in before the campaign and during the campaign.

Mediaworks also asked Momentum's EP representative Katalin Cseh, who says that this is all Péter Márki-Zay's problem, but does not know about Gergely Karácsony's responsibility.

The money coming from abroad to the campaign of the Hungarian left is already being investigated in many places, since the foreign intervention could have seriously violated the country's sovereignty.

Based on the draft report of the State Audit Office, the parties participating in the collusion can expect an unprecedented punishment of several billion forints due to the foreign money.
