The Gondosóra program, launched with the support of the government, provides a unique welfare service free of charge and subject to the rights of the elderly over 65, in which, if necessary, they can indicate their intention to request help to the dispatch service with the push of a button.
The government considers it a priority task to take care of the elderly, therefore, even in the midst of the war in the neighborhood and wartime inflation, it ensures and preserves the value of pensions, the inflation-tracking pension increase, as well as the pensions previously taken away by the left, but which have been completely restored by the Orbán government and increased the payment of the 13th monthly pension, the Government Information Center (KTK) announced on Sunday.
The Gondosóra program also fits into this line, which is realized from HUF 106.453 billion in the Széchenyi Terv Plusz program, and provides help and security to the elderly and their relatives 24 hours a day.
It was announced that from July 15, 2023, the Prime Minister's Cabinet Office will be responsible for the implementation of the Gondosóra program, and its professional supervision will be provided by the Prime Minister's Commissioner Zsolt Nyitrai.
