According to them, the prime minister did not answer the most important problems of Hungary and the world.
The Jobbik-Conservatives see that the person "wants to control the destiny of our country, whose first priority is not the Hungarian national interest, but the retention of power and the service of foreign interests", under whom "under his prime ministership, the forint became a record low, inflation and food price increases became European champions", and "the living crisis is deepening".
The Jobbik-Conservatives want a "normal country, normal wages, a normal life" and a "responsible prime minister and government that serves Hungarian national interests" for the Hungarians.
According to the statement of the LMP, the prime minister's speech "had very little to do with the most important challenges and problems perceived by the people that determine Hungarian everyday life".
In contrast to Viktor Orbán's "production report", the Hungarian economy did not stand on its own two feet in the last ten years, but became infinitely vulnerable, which proves that the Hungarian people are suffering the most from the current crisis, they said.
According to their point of view, the reason for this is the "fundamentally flawed" economic policy, which simultaneously provided the country with Russian energy and Western capital.
The LMP called it a "historic mistake" that the prime minister "includes the Chinese industry as a dependency within the framework of battery production", because "battery colonization is actually nothing more than sacrificing our future and independence for short-term political goals".
In its statement, Párbeszéd-Zöldek called Viktor Orbán's speech disappointing. According to them, its task would have been to provide answers to the most important problems determining the future of Hungary and the world: the ecological and climate crisis, as well as the related crises, such as the livelihood crisis of Hungarians,
"but instead of solutions, he presented only one thing: that he has no valid ideas about our future".
The interest of the Hungarians would be a just and solidary, safe and green Hungary, but the politics of Viktor Orbán and Fidesz so far, and based on today's speech, will only take us further away from this, in other words: we are moving forward at full throttle in the dead end of history
- they thought.
The Momentum Movement wrote in its statement: The only true sentence of Viktor Orbán's speech was that "we are in big trouble".
"The rest was nothing but empty words on the part of the Prime Minister"
they added.
The announcement of the Democratic Coalition was as follows:
We wish everyone pleasant summer weather and fun!
So these are the defining ideas of our opposition parties (!), let's savor them!
