The Hungarian National Dance Ensemble is presenting its new piece entitled Final Castles, Brave; The performance based on the novel The Testament of Koppányi Aga will be shown on October 14th and 15th at the Müpa in Budapest, as part of the Liszt Festival.
Zoltán Zsuráfszky, artistic director and managing director, said at the press conference connected with the group's costume show on Thursday: they have a rich season ahead of them, the group will have 120 performances. They are prepared with continuous work and several presentations.

in the 2023/24 season, they will take the stage at Müpa as a featured group, where they will present three new plays.
As he said, Végvárak, vytézek, inspired by István Fekete's novel, based on Zsuzsa Zs. Vincze's script, based on original folk music adaptations and composed by Benjamin Eredics, will be shown at the Müpa on November 5th and 6th after the premiere in October. In the production, history and the present come to life in a "theatre in a theater" performance.
The dancers take turns adventuring into the worlds of the past and the present, the audience can see spectacular, virtuoso dances and colorful stage scenes.

As he pointed out, the ensemble will perform the show "Echo of the Carpathians" at the National Dance Theater on Friday. As mentioned, the ensemble performs both in the countryside and abroad.
On October 19, the National Theater will show the stars of Eger, on the 25th, the production entitled Élő tánskárchívum – Kalotaszeg will be shown at the National Dance Theater, and on the 26th, Mátyás, the king of the world.
The production entitled Sleeping Beauty can be seen on October 31st at the Békés Cultural Center and on November 22nd at the Pápai Cultural Center. The production entitled Dracula will take place on December 5 at the RaM-ArT Theater.
