Those who can be successful in the application of the National Cooperation Fund (NEA) whose activities have a real social need behind them, with which they build a community, create value and help those in need - emphasized Vince Szalay-Bobrovniczky, Deputy State Secretary for Civil and Social Relations at the Prime Minister's Office to M1 in the Tuesday morning program of the current channel.

Vince Szalay-Bobrovniczky said about the NEA's resources: for those individuals who do not have a decision on which NGOs to donate a percentage of their personal income tax to, the percentage goes to the NEA's fund, and from there it is distributed among the applicants.

He added that 80 percent of the total amount is decided by the colleges, 20 percent by the Prime Minister's Office.

The combined application was announced on October 2 and can be submitted to five colleges until November 2, for a maximum of HUF 4.5 million. In addition, between October 16 and November 17, you can apply for a simplified grant of up to HUF 400,000

he explained.

Vince Szalay-Bobrovniczky also talked about Kurt Waldheim's book about the former UN Secretary General and President of the Republic of Austria. He said Kurt Waldheim was "definitely in the vicinity of war crimes" during World War II, whether he committed anything is unknown and "unlikely based on our current knowledge."

The Waldheim case gave Austria the opportunity to face its past, added the author, who was previously Hungary's ambassador to Austria.
