As a mother of three, the singer can particularly identify with the goals of this year's public media charity fundraising campaign.
It's good to be the twelfth Good, which supports the development of children born prematurely and children with congenital developmental disorders! Magdolna Rúzsa joined the campaign as a goodwill ambassador. The Péter Máté award-winning singer talked about it in the Kalendárium program of Kossuth Rádió: her heart dictated that she stand by the noble cause.
The mother of three has herself experienced how important it is to support premature babies: her triplets were born in the 34th week of pregnancy. Originally trained as an obstetrics and gynecology nurse, the defining area of the singer's life is healthcare, and for many years she visited children in the hospital to sing.
"We were in the hospital with my three tiny babies, who were in incubators, and sometimes they were taken out and put on our chests to feel the closeness of mom and dad. At such a moment, a very nice lawyer arrived, who went from room to room with her guitar and sang to relieve all that tension a little. I simply sobbed throughout those thirty minutes, that lady gave me a miracle in the best sense of the word," recalled the touching moments that happened in February 2022 in the Kossuth Rádió Kalendárium program.
The singer explained that her heart dictated that she stand by the noble initiative, as all issues related to children and their urgent care are important to her, mainly because she herself experienced the complex and sacrificial work behind it.
"We never know when we or any of our family members will need this kind of help," he said, and added: it is important to try to be good, because noble things can be born that way.
This year, now the twelfth edition of public media, it's good to be good! the beneficiary of the fundraising campaign is the Semmelweis University Foundation. This time, Hungary's largest media company supports the development of children born prematurely and children with congenital developmental disorders. The purpose of the foundation is to develop and expand the complex operation of the Semmelweis Development Support Center.

The charity campaign of the public media supports the work of the organization by selling special items. Most of the relics offered by famous people can be found in the Good to be Good! can be purchased at a fixed price on its website, and some special items will be auctioned during the public media's all-day broadcast on December 17.
