The Munich regional court declared in a final decision that the extreme climate protection group Letzte Generation is a criminal organization. One of their members previously spoke about how human life is not worth as much as our planet.

On Thursday, the Munich regional court made a final decision, according to which it classified the "climate terrorists", the organization called Letzte Generation ('last generation'), as a criminal organization. There is now no room for an appeal against the decision, writes v4na.com in its article.

The decision was triggered by the fact that the radical eco-activists regularly blocked the roads and highways with their awareness campaigns, causing disruptions and even hindering the work of the ambulances.

According to the court, Letzte Generation meets the definition of a criminal organization because it is a permanent association and one of its purposes is to commit crimes, even if its main purpose is not to commit crimes.

The court believes that crimes such as coercion, obstruction of road users and damage to property "represent a significant threat to public safety". In particular, disrupting and blocking airports and damaging oil pipelines are considered serious crimes.

Furthermore, crimes are not tools of "democratic debate" but, according to the court, "an expression of criminal energy."

As civilek.info regularly reports, radical groups of climate activists regularly organize extreme movements. Activists of the Letzte Generation poured mashed potatoes over a painting by Monet, then taped their hands to the wall and started talking about how humanity is in the middle of a climate catastrophe.

But the group's action has already to tragedy .

Last November, a cyclist who collided with a concrete mixer in Berlin was declared brain dead. His injuries could have been mitigated if the ambulances had not been obstructed by climate activists blocking the road.

A spokesman for the Berlin fire department confirmed that the ambulances arrived late at the scene of the accident due to climate protesters blocking the A100 highway.

At the time of the accident, activists of the climate protection group Letzte Generation were protesting a few kilometers away, and due to their action, traffic on the A100 road had to be restricted, which caused traffic jams.

After the authorities announced that the woman involved in the accident was brain dead, Letzte Generation issued a statement denying responsibility and accusing those who said they were responsible for the failure of the ambulance to arrive on the scene in time, of hate speech.

They also said they would continue their promotions.

There are those who, despite the fact that these actions can pose a serious risk, still defend radical movements. According to Christian Bläul, one of the best-known climate protestors of the Letzte Generation, the fact that the ambulances might not reach a patient in time because of their actions is still small compared to the extent of the danger to the planet Earth.

"One thing I always prepare for mentally, at least in my subconscious, is that someone is going to die in a traffic jam. But we have to risk this"

- climate activist Benedict Bartsch stated in his documentary film, then continued: "The question is: what is better? Shouldn't we protest and accept the fossil deal, or try something that can transform society and slow down the climate catastrophe?".

By the way, Bläul gained fame with an action that caused a traffic jam in Stockholm, Sweden, after which the authorities there imprisoned him for 16 days. In addition, he has been in court several times.
