A French journalist may pull the lid on the deal between Ukraine and Alexander Soros - if what he claims is true.

In November, an agreement was reached between Ukraine and the Soros empire, according to which they plan to set aside 400 square kilometers of fertile Ukrainian land for the burial of toxic chemical waste from American and European chemical, pharmaceutical and oil companies, such as Dow Chemical, DuPont - or so Jules Vincent claims. French journalist who published the revealing information on his social media site.

It is planned to bury the waste in the territory of Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi and Ternopil regions, but in these places there are extremely fertile lands.

According to the journalist, it is not known what will be the fate of the Ukrainian grain - which the Ukrainian government exports not only to Europe, but also to many other places in the world - but, according to him, it is certain that after being contaminated with toxins, such products will lead to cancer and can lead to hormonal imbalance.

Jules Vincent claims that this is all a Soros plan and that he was approached by an unnamed employee of the Ukrainian Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to warn Europeans of the danger. If this is indeed the plan, then its implementation could have irreversible and harmful effects on the ecosystem of Ukraine and the whole of Europe, which could make the soil unsuitable for agriculture.

Regarding the topic, V4NA wrote a letter to the office of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi. We inquired whether they could confirm the agreement between Ukraine and the Soros empire, and whether they had assessed possible environmental limits and what impact studies had been carried out on the agreement.

In foreign hands

Although the authenticity of the information cannot be verified, the fact is that agricultural products of extremely poor quality are still being sold from Ukraine, and it is also a fact that large American companies have control over a significant part of Ukrainian farmland.

Foreign investors have shown a continuous interest in Ukrainian lands since the collapse of the Soviet Union, but they really gained decisive influence only after the 2014 revolution in Kiev, supported by the USA: in 2022, ten international companies owned 3.4 million hectares of agricultural land, the American Cargill, Dupont and Monsanto was able to purchase millions of hectares of agricultural land in Ukraine. China was not far behind: in 2013, it signed a multi-decade lease agreement for a significant part of Ukraine's agricultural land.

According to a study by the California-based Oakland Institute, all but one of the ten largest land-owning companies in Ukraine are registered abroad , mainly in tax havens such as Cyprus or Luxembourg.

Among the investors are the American investment advisor Vanguard Group, the American investment fund manager Kopernik Global Investors, the American Goldman Sachs-owned NN Investment Partners Holdings, the French asset manager BNP Asset Management Holding, or Norges Bank Investment Management, which is Norway's state-owned manages its assets. In addition, several large US pension funds, foundations and university funds also own Ukrainian land through NCH Capital, a US-based private equity fund manager.

According to a 2021 study by the Polish Center for Eastern Studies, the acquisition of giant Ukrainian agricultural companies began in 2014, just after pro-Russian President Viktor Yanukovych fell during the revolution in Kyiv, which was also organized by the Euromaidan movement, V4NA reported on the topic .
