The brother of the Amnesty leader was able to send suitors to his anger, the victim turned to the court.

The man who was previously suspected to have been beaten by Vig Mór, who was arrested for operating the multi-hundred million invoice factory, is not letting his beating stop there and is fighting for his truth by filing a supplementary private charge.

The authorities closed the proceedings against the Amnesty leader's brother and his companions for attempted serious bodily harm a few years ago due to lack of evidence, and the victim therefore appealed directly to the court.

According to the suspicion, Vig Mór, who fell into the hundreds of millions of invoices, did not even shy away from underworld methods. Years ago, in relation to the brother of the director of Amnesty International Hungary, Dávid Vig, it was also raised that his ex-wife sent groomsmen to his ex-partner after a heated argument.

The man was beaten and suffered injuries that healed within eight days.

However, according to the suspicion, the perpetrators were aware that the victim could suffer more serious injuries during the attack, so the police initiated proceedings against them for attempted grievous bodily harm.

The two perpetrators invited to the attack were found by the police, and both of them were interrogated as suspects. Vig was also identified as the perpetrator of the crime, and he was also questioned by the investigators on suspicion of incitement. In the end, however, the proceedings were terminated because they could not prove without a doubt that the people involved had anything to do with the crime.

Without mentioning names, describing the story a few days ago, Magyar Nemzet contacted the prosecutor's office that previously supervised the proceedings, and their information also revealed that

there was a procedure against Vig.

As they wrote, in the case we asked about, "the investigating authority interrogated three persons as suspects for a nefarious reason or purpose, due to the well-founded suspicion of an attempted crime of serious bodily injury committed with particular cruelty."

They added: "The Budapest I. and XII. The District Prosecutor's Office terminated the proceedings against all three suspects, since in the case of the two men suspected as perpetrators and accomplices, it could not be proven that they committed the crime, and in the case of the man suspected of incitement - the new partner of the victim's ex-partner - incitement could not be proven."

However, according to information, the beaten man did not pay attention to this and filed a supplementary private charge.

The victim of a public prosecution case has the opportunity to file a supplementary private prosecution if the prosecution does not file or drop the charges. With this option, the victim can defend his case in court despite the prosecutor's decision. According to the press department of the Metropolitan Court, the proceedings initiated due to the beating are still ongoing at the Buda Central District Court.

It should be noted that Mór Vig's name appeared in several other proceedings in addition to the above case, the most recent case came to light at the end of November, when the brother of the Amnesty leader was detained and then arrested after a raid by the tax authorities.

The National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) launched an investigation on suspicion of budget fraud and other crimes causing particularly large financial losses. According to the suspicion, Vig operated a huge invoice factory, which accepted hundreds of millions of HUF invoices with false content in order to reduce taxes. It seems that the case may also have a political thread, at least this can be inferred from the speech of one of the politicians of the Democratic Coalition.

Indeed, Sándor Szaniszló connected the invoice selling procedure with the campaign financing of the left.

The series of scandalous cases did not end with all of this: Vig was brought to the dock because he was able to participate in an international fraud series in the company of a criminal who is currently on trial, and last year he was already convicted in a bribery case.

Magyar Nemzet also reported that a service provider called Büro Cégkezelő Kft., which also operates as a company cemetery, is connected to Vig Mór, which is part of the II. is registered in a ground-floor business premises on Keleti Károly utca in the district, and we also wrote that one of the businesses owned by Ferenc Gyurcsány and Gordon Bajnai was transferred to the service provider that also acts as a company cemetery.
