Let's not pretend it's not a case! That's right. Moreover, this case is not only legal, but moral in nature. And as such, it found its way into the heart of our community.

We state right at the beginning that there is nothing to talk about from a legal point of view, because everything happened as legally as possible.
And let's not forget that, according to the Hungarian legal order and constitutional system, the president of the republic can override and question the decisions of the government or the parliament at any time, but there is no possibility of doing the other way around. And several things follow from this - but let's not rush too far ahead! Let's examine the moral part of the matter first!

First of all, is there any, even the slightest moral basis for the domestic (and global!) left and liberals to demand anything about Katalin Novák?

Is there any, even the slightest moral basis for the other political side to be outraged?

There isn't.

And if we want to justify this categorical "no", we have a really easy task.
Let's see! If we only want to justify it at the level of daily politics, it is enough to read our friend Tamás Kötter's current comments on the matter, which reads as follows:

With this, the left can return to what it did alone: betraying the country's sovereignty.
Now that the government has stepped in and pulled the rug out from under the left-wing political crooks by amending the constitution, let's take a look at who was worried about our children? Well, those - who promised before the 2022 elections that they would immediately repeal the Child Protection Act if they came to power -
those who think there is no problem if men dressed as bearded women tell kindergarten and primary school children about the "beauty" of gender reassignment
- those , who called the child protection law shameful in Brussels,
- those who actively help the Brussels bureaucracy, which ties the payment of our rightful money to the abolition of the child protection law to this day.
Do you know how interested the empty-headed left-wing politicians are in the protection of children? Just as much as their boss, Ferenc Gyurcsány, who brandishes the Bible like an old rascal and quotes from it randomly - by no means. Treat them like this in the future and don't believe a word they say!" Yes, that's about it, but let's go a little deeper! Let's recall for a moment Ferenc Kőszeg's views on pedophilia! Because he was named a true liberal icon, the former founder of the Helsinki Committee - he embodies in one person everything that is important and unquestionable on that side. Ferenc Kőszeg gave an interview to Márton Gulyás, and there the ominous dialogue took place: - Is there an emotional relationship interwoven with eroticism that can be approved between an adult and a child or not?
"Well, at least it's tolerable."

At least…

Let's not forget, this expression was also unacceptable for Márton Gulyás, so he - very correctly - got involved in the matter and did not let Kőszeg out of it. And in the rest of the conversation, Kőszeg explained that, in his opinion, "there is no need to punish an adult who maintains a sexual relationship with a minor with the severity of the criminal law." And Gulyás also confronted Kőszeg with an article written in 2009, in which he stated, among other things:

A new prudery that has spread worldwide from America, after it is no longer appropriate to persecute homosexuality, it persecutes all emotional relationships between adults and children, imbued with erotica, by shouting pedophilia.

We understand, it would be difficult not to understand. Gulyás then asked that "your son attends a school where there is a pedophile teacher, and when your son asked what could be done about it, you said that you should now complete the few years that are left, and then you won't see him again anyway?" To which Kőszeg replied: "Well, about yes, I told him not to get involved in such a thing. [...] As much as possible, let's avoid public exposure, conflict, and accountability related to this, because the matter will not get better, only worse". […] - Later, to Gulyás's questioning whether he had a responsibility to protect his own son from the teacher, he replied: "I didn't feel the need for it".

He didn't feel…

And then the case of the famous teacher came up, when the conversation became surreal:

Márton Gulyás: Feri... Sipos was not treated fairly, is that what you claim?
Ferenc Kőszeg: There are so many versions and subspecies of such relationships that can be disapproved that I would be very careful in condemning this, but not so much in condemning it, but rather in publicizing it.
GM: Don't be angry, Feri, help me understand: when someone invites the children entrusted to him to his apartment during the camp or in a school situation, or masturbates with them in the camp, or kisses them in an unauthorized way, in what dimension can this arise as acceptable or not to be condemned state?
KF: Only in the dimension that there are official consequences if something really happens that is impermissible.
GM: But where is it allowed for an adult to masturbate with children?
KF.

Well, this world, the world of Ferenc Kőszeg, is now trying to appear as a moral being, to please and forge political capital from the case.

This is the world in which, according to Tamás Bauer, pedophiles are members of a "sexual minority".

This is the world where, according to Sándor Révész, the main liberal HVG commentator

"Pedophilia is not a punishable act! It shouldn't be! They are not punished anywhere, because they cannot be. Because it's not a plot. But desire. Sexual desire for children.”

This is the world where, according to András Pulai, the executive director of the Publicus Institute, you can be sensitive to pedophilia, because pedophilia is a disease, so you can sympathize with those who suffer from it. This is the world where Momentum would allow transgender propaganda into schools, and the left-wing mayor of Érd tried to cover up the case of a pedophile man who showed himself naked to kindergarteners.

This is the world where pedophiles even have a party! In the Netherlands, the "followers" of pedophilia want to legalize their aberration under the wings of the inclusive LGBTQ movement, they would also get a new name as a kind of diagnosis: they would call it MAP, an abbreviation of the English term minor attracted persons. The movement has already created a flag for itself, it is also rainbow colored. Their goal is to reduce the stigmatization of pedophilia by framing those who are sexually attracted to children as a marginal and misunderstood minority."

This is the world whose genesis is incomprehensible to representatives of normality.

This is the world that found its identity in the "revolution" of '68, and deified one of its leading figures, Daniel Cohn-Bendit, and continues to deify it to this day. Daniel Cohn-Bendit then became a member of the European Parliament, in green, of course, and described these things in his memoirs:

Last year, I was seduced by a six-year-old girl comrade. It was one of the most indescribably beautiful experiences of my life, and now it is not so important to write a thesis on the pros and cons of pederasty.

He then spoke in an interview with French TV:

Child sexuality is fantastic. You have to be honest and serious, it's something very special for the little ones. When a little five-year-old girl starts undressing for you, it's great because it's just a game. An insanely erotic game.

In the same interview, he also testifies about how he used to wash the children's bottoms in the alternative kindergarten.
There are also chapters in his autobiography in which he writes about his affection for children. One of the chapters – entitled Vissza a gérmekboltba – was published in an issue of a magazine that is considered a kind of left-wing sex pamphlet, full of pedophile references, FAZ reports. The descriptions included in it - in addition to those stated in the aforementioned '82 French talk show - correspond to the crime of sexual acts with children, sexual abuse of children. And this is stated by a paragraph in Germany, the abolition of which was advocated by the working group of the Greens, Gays and Pederasts (SchwuP). In 1985, the aforementioned group protested the excessively severe punishment of sexual violence against children. "At the heart of the request would have been the concept of 'sexual abuse'", a concept SchwuP always used in quotation marks. SchwuP instead of the original definition ("in the case of sexual relations of any kind between a child and an adult, the procedure shall be in accordance with paragraphs 174 and 176")

they would have liked it to be enshrined in law that consensual sexual relations between children and adults are also possible.

That all this would be too far? Come on... It's all here, this is the genesis, the whole LGBTQ mental disorder grew out of this world, this world wants to bring sexuality into kindergarten - what does it want? In Germany, a church (!) kindergarten has already set up a masturbation room for the little ones (!), this world sexualizes small children, this world wants to let terrible-looking, I don't know what, into their midst, so that they read to them "tales" transcribed into aberrant ones.

And now this world likes to pretend to be morally indignant about the pardon case.

That all this is too far? Read Francesca Rivafinoli's account of the opening ceremony of the "year of culture" in Austria. I'll show you the title and the lead: "Naked writhing to Vivaldi, powdering pubic hair in front of minors, Conchita Wurst, transgender people and yodeling - the cultural year has opened in Austria" "And in the city of Gmunden, a three-story molino was erected on the facade of the town hall, with two minor girls appearing to be naked on top with his profile - who are kissing each other." And in another town hall hangs another, identical molino, on which a naked girl, who is also underage, can be seen, smeared with blood and smiling so "sexily". In the spirit of diversity…

The civilization that began with cathedrals will end with the hermeticism of schizophrenia

EM Cioran, the pope of nihilism, wrote decades ago. And how right he was…

I repeat: all this is here and now, in our neighborhood.

This is pedophilia itself. This is their world. And this world would also be brought here by the Dobrevs, Gyurcsány, Csehek, Donát, Tímeák Szabó, and of course their press, who are now pretending to be morally outraged and demanding justice. They have no moral basis for this.

But since this is still a moral matter and not just a legal one, we cannot stop here. We have some very important things to say. For example, that we trust our president. We believe him. For this very reason, and because this - I repeat many times - is a moral issue, our moral issue, which has found its way into the heart of our camp, the camp of normality, we must get answers.

The President of the Republic cannot remain silent. You have to speak up and say what you did and why. He has to justify his decision, he has to tell who and for what reason asked for mercy, and on what grounds he decided as he did.

This cannot be avoided, it cannot be saved - it is a moral obligation.

We look forward to this. And we expect it from him.

After all - I repeat this - the matter is legally in order. And the government handles the legal part correctly when it submits the constitutional amendment, and hopefully it will present an additional, even stricter child protection law, and then we'll see if the parliamentary opposition votes for them. More and more interesting debates are unfolding in the case, the indignant people who have no moral basis are already raising the responsibility of the government and of course the prime minister - it's like the old joke: From the diary of a partisan:

the enemy occupied our positions. We have taken back our positions. The enemy occupied our positions again. At the cost of hard fighting, we took our positions again. On the third day, the storm came and messed everyone up.

The government is now the loser.

But all this does not exempt Katalin Novák from the moral obligation to answer. Because we are on the good side in this matter as well, and we have a moral basis for anything.

Dear Madam President of the Republic! We are waiting for the answers.
